By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Range Ready Coffee Company LLC and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;
- Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;

- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

Sale of Goods/Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.
The following goods are available on our Site:
- Bagged Coffee;
- Apparel and Accessories;
- Various Coffee Products;
- Ready To Drink/Beverage; and
- Gift Cards.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card; and
- Debit.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction. Additionally:
- Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to make payment and not dispute payment, for any reason whatsoever, for all orders placed on rangereadycoffee.com (Range Ready Coffee Company LLC)
- Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after they are placed
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Any other applicable and legal mail courier service
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase, unless otherwise mentioned.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Orders, including subscriptions, are invoiced based on what is ordered and cannot be modified once
payment has been processed and posted. Orders are not processed for shipment
until full payment is received and posted. Posted payment timeframes vary
between method of payment and banking intuitions.
Once goods are transferred to the shipping carrier, Range Ready Coffee Company LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the applicable courier and not guaranteed by the Site/company. It is highly encouraged to the Buyer and/or User to purchase the available shipping insurance at checkout. Buyer and/or User understands that any damage claims will be processed through the applicable courier.
a. Buyer and/or User of this site is responsible for inspection upon arrival to check for damages. Buyer and/or User of this site is responsible for providing supporting evidence (clear photos, tracking number, order number, and brief description) for a claim to be processed, which will be settled through the courier. For it to be admissible, Range Ready Coffee Company LLC must be notified of any claim by means of an electronic letter sent by recorded delivery to an official point of contact within 24 hours of product delivery.
b. Range Ready Coffee Company LLC will make reasonable efforts to dispatch
replacement orders as promptly as possible; however, fulfillment is subject
to current inventory availability and cannot have guaranteed timelines due the nature of the business (ex: roast-to-order).
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees rangereadycoffee.com (Range Ready Coffee Company LLC) does not ship to California, or any other place outside the continental United States. Some items may be eligible for shipment to Hawaii and Alaska at our discretion. We do not conduct business in the state of California; and the Buyer and/or User understands your consumer rights are based on the state the transaction occurred if you purchase Range Ready Coffee Company LLC's products through a retailer outside of California.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside of the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship to the Continental United States with the exception of California.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products being roast-to-order, we cannot issue refunds once an order is initiated and payment has been processed as time and money have already gone into your order fulfillment. Buyer and/or User agree to this and understand there are no refunds for orders.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Range Ready Coffee Company LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Hold Harmless and Indemnification
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you the consumer indemnify and hold harmless Range Ready Coffee Company LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, and liabilities.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay all expenses for both parties; including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site and purchase of goods and subscriptions or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay a $5,000,000 fine plus necessary legal costs to collect if found to post or share any negative information, slander or rumor/gossip or negative speculation about the company or its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• The handling, storage, or resale of the Company’s products;
• Any injury, illness, or damage allegedly caused by the consumption/use of the Company’s products after delivery
• Any breach of applicable laws or regulations by the Buyer and/or User in connection with the sale or marketing of the Company’s products;
• Any breach of this Agreement by the Buyer and/or User
Assumption of Risk
The Buyer and/or User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that the Company’s
products are stored, handled, and consumed/used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations,
and reasonable standards, and assumes all risks associated with such responsibilities.
Resale Prohibited
The Buyer and/or User acknowledges that any products/goods/services/subscriptions offered on the Site is strictly prohibited for resale. Only applicable and verified retailers approved directly by Range Ready Coffee Company LLC may resell by following the appropriate channels and maintaining good standing with Range Ready Coffee Company LLC.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
